Return & Refund Policy (India)

Orders once placed with Herbkart.com can only be cancelled for the following reasons

  1. If the order is not shipped within 48-72 hours of order placement. 100% Refund will be issued on customer’s request.
  2. Herbkart will cancel & issue refund the order if products are not available (100% Refund).

You can raise a refund or return request via Herbkart.com Contact Us section within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund & Return request can be raised only once the products have been delivered to the customer and any of the below mentioned issue has been faced by the customer.

Your can explain your concern and provide us the necessary details to help us in processing your refund request at the earliest.

A. In case you have received a wrong product

  • Name of the product
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the condition of the product you have received
  • Images of the products received (item name to be clearly visible)
  • Invoice copy
  • A video recording is required as evidence for the claim of wrong product received. A clear video recording of all products, video should start before the time of parcel seal opening process.

B. In case you have received a damaged product/damaged in transit

  • Name of the product
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the condition of the product you have received
  • Images of the products received (item name to be clearly visible)
  • Images of defective / damaged part of the product
  • Product tag
  • Invoice copy
  • A video recording is required as evidence for claiming damaged product received. A clear video recording of all products, video should start before the time of parcel seal opening process.

C. Received an expired product

  • Name of the product
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the condition of the product you have received
  • Images of the products received (item name to be clearly visible)
  • Images of the expired product received (item name and expiry date to be clearly visible)
  • Invoice copy
  • A video of product with batch number, manufacturing and expiry date.

D. Received an incomplete order

  • Name of the product
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the condition of the product you have received
  • Images of the other products received (item name to be clearly visible)
  • Packaging box image
  • Invoice copy
  • A video recording is required as evidence for incomplete order claim. A clear video recording of all products, video should start before the time of parcel seal opening process.

No claims for return/refund/replacement will will be issued from Herbkart if, a clear video recording of all products starting before the time of parcel seal opening process is not provided. Still images will not be considered as an evidence to claim return/refund/replacement on Herbkart.

NOTE:

(i) Returns and replacement for packaged food products due to “objectionable/different/not likely” smell, taste, quality, colour etc., will not be provided by Herbkart directly. For such issues, a claim has to be registered with Herbkart by the customer. Herbkart will inform the manufacturer/brand/seller about such issues faced by customer and their claim for return/replacement after facing such issues. Post “investigation/batch quality check” the manufacturer/brand/seller will approves or rejects customer claim. If manufacturer/brand/seller accepts the claim a return/replacement/refund will be issued accordingly by Herbkart. In case the manufacturer/brand/seller rejects the customer claim No refund/replacement/return will be issued by Herbkart for such claims made by the customer.

(ii) No return, replacement, refund will be issued for claims made by customer for food products not meeting their taste expectations.

(iii) Replacement for food products are available as per points (a), (b), (c) & (d) by Herbkart.

(iv) If there is manufacturing batch issue with the product a refund will be issued for product return.

IMPORTANT:

(i) Kindly read the product label and verify necessary product’s details before consumption or usage or application, to provide any feedback about the product kindly refer the product label for brand/manufacturer’s contact information.

(ii) For more clarifications about the product’s usage, application as per diagnosis etc., kindly contact a physician or a health expert or related authorities. Herbkart do not provide prescriptions or related product usage/application recommendations as per diagnosis to customers.

(iii) Product details on Herbkart are provided by the manufacturer’s/brand/seller and are subject to change. Anything mentioned on Herbkart can not be considered as a medical advice or an expert opinion in any way whatsoever. Refer product label for more information.

Your request must contain the above mentioned details as per the respective cases for further processing by Herbkart.com

We will revert to you regarding your return requests within 24-48 hours. We will also notify you over email regarding the refund initiation for your return requests.

The refunds are usually processed within 2-4 working days from the date of initiation by the payment gateway.

In case of order cancellation by Herbkart 100% refund will be issued to the customer.
