Upma is a traditional recipe from the coastal city of Udupi in South India. It is particularly famous in western ghats areas across Karnataka, Kerala and Goa. “forgotten foods” Udupi Upma is made using the goodness of Kodo millets with the authentic flavours of ginger, curry leaves, green chilly and mustard. It is believed that long before the advent of green revolution, millets were used in most dishes where wheat sooji is used at present. This pack of 400 grams serves 5 people.

Usage Instructions | Step 1) Add 1 measure MIX to 2.5 measures boiling water. Step 2) Stir constantly for 7-8 minutes on low to medium flame. Step 3) Mix well. Serve hot. *Optionally serve with ghee. *Measure means a cup or container of your choice |
