Kodo millet (37%), Beaten rice (21%), Split Black gram (21%), Rice (16%), Iodized Salt, Edible Vegetable Fat – interesterified (Made from Coconut oil, Sesame oil, Vitamin A) and Raising Agent Sodium Bicarbonate [INS 500(ii))].
Step 1 – Add 1 measure of MIX to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter. Step 2 – Keep aside for 5 minutes. Step 3 – Steam the batter in idly vessel for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
